About WBAS

WBAS is a super-speciality unit of West Bengal Orthopaedic Association, comprising of surgeons and researchers with a specialty interest in arthroplasty surgery. Founded in 2005 WBAS has over 150 registered members from various regions of the state.

The main function of WBAS is to promote the science and practice of arthroplasty of various joints in the human body. Members are active in research and teaching, and regularly present at national and international meetings...
